We are delighted to announce our next  Tutorial Tuesday. All our Tutorial Tuesday projects have been chosen to be super-fast, super-easy, super-fun and a great way to use up your scraps. Our first Tutorial Tuesday of 2023 is to make the Grace Cosmetic Bag.

Our Grace Cosmetic Bag was designed as the first project and full kit in our Sew Happy Sewing Subscription. Grace is an elegant cosmetic bag featuring two triangular exterior pockets which are made from cork fabric. The pockets are stylish and perfect for easy access to lipstick, eye/lip liner or even pretty make-up brushes. Grace features a zip top and deep boxed bottom and makes this the perfect project to practice or start zipper installation and sewing with cork.

Fabric 1 – Main Front of Bag – 12.5” x 11”

Fabric 2 –  Main Back of Bag – 12.5” x 11″

Fabric 3 – Interior  – 12 ” x 24”

Cork Fabric – 12.5” x 19”

Heavyweight Fusible Interfacing – 12” x 24”

You will also need:

Zipper Foot

1 x 10” Zip

Pressing Cloth, Quilting Clips, Wash Away Quilters Tape, Leather Needle, Sewing Thread
