Join Kerrie Padmore from Living In Loveliness for an inspiring workshop where you’ll design your very own Spring Floral Wall Hanging, guided by templates and samples. This workshop is perfect for both beginners and those with more confidence in their sewing skills. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your techniques, you’ll explore free motion and raw edge appliqué while working with beautiful fabric remnants and your favourite scraps (we also have plenty of fabrics for you to choose from!).

What You’ll Learn:

• How to use Bondaweb for precise appliqué.

• How to sandwich and baste with wadding for a professional finish.

• Fabulous free motion embroidery techniques for adding beautiful, detailed designs.

• Binding techniques for finishing your wall hanging beautifully.

What You’ll Make:

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have your own Spring Floral panel, designed and sewn by you, ready to be turned into a wall hanging.

Materials Needed:

• 1/2 metre of white fabric for the main background

• 1/2 metre of patterned or plain fabric for the back and binding.

• Fabric scraps – we also have plenty for you to choose from too.

• Basting Spray

• Wadding for your practice pieces and the main wall hanging

• Fabric Scraps

As part of the workshop, you will receive a copy of the pattern.
