Workshop and Retreat Payments

Please ensure your availability for all selected workshop/retreat dates, as bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled. Living In Loveliness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops, affected participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.


Snow and Severe Weather Policy

In the event of adverse weather conditions, our priority is everyone’s safety. We will provide ample notice if a class must be canceled. If you do not receive any communication from us, classes will proceed as scheduled. Should a class be cancelled, alternative dates will be offered. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled session and the workshop continues as planned, bookings will not be eligible for transfer or refund.


Delivery and Returns Policy

Thank you for your order! Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery from the date of payment. As a small business, we do not provide tracking numbers or follow-up on orders until this timeframe has passed. Orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail to UK customers. For any enquiries or concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly and allow 5 working days for a response craig@livinginloveliness.com 


Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

After completing your order, your order details will appear on the screen, along with links to download the PDF pattern files. These files can be accessed from the ‘Downloads’ section in the members area of our website. Please ensure you download your pattern promptly, as the download link will expire after 30 days. If you encounter difficulties locating the email with your digital PDF pattern order, please check your junk or spam folder or reach out to us via email within 14 days.

Once downloaded, patterns can be printed at home using a standard printer. Please note that larger patterns may require taping pages together. PDF patterns are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. If you need assistance or have any questions about your PDF pattern, please don’t hesitate to contact us.



Returns

If you need to return or exchange an item, we are available to assist you. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the fabrics have not been cut into and are returned at the buyer’s expense. The item must be received in its original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.. Please note that refunds are not offered for patterns. For assistance, please email craig@livinginloveliness.com.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email craig@livinginloveliness.com and await further instructions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in cases of faulty items. Please retain proof of postage, as lost parcels will not be refunded. Once received, refunds are processed within 28 working days.


Online Courses

Course Material Resending Policy:

  1. Once the course materials for a given month have been sent, any requests for resending or accessing the materials after the launch date will incur a £25 admin fee per lesson/month.
  2. All course materials will be sent directly to your email each month. Once downloaded, you can access them by logging into the website with your email and password and finding them under “My Downloads.”
  3. This policy is designed to reduce the administrative workload, enabling the course provider to focus on offering fresh content, events, tutorials, and live experiences, such as workshops and retreats.
  4. You agree to download and save the materials upon receiving them to avoid the need for resending.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our policy:

  • Discounted items, fabric bundles cut to order, and downloadable PDF patterns are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
